Terms of Service
Website and Service Information Terms
These terms govern use of the CLG website, online materials, consultation requests, support links, and related digital resources.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Couture Ledger Group LLC website, forms, online materials, support links, or related digital resources, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Informational Website Only
The website is provided for general business information, marketing, consultation requests, and client-resource access. Website content is not a promise that a particular service, price, result, filing status, tax outcome, financial result, or compliance outcome will be available or appropriate for your business.
No client relationship is created by visiting the website, submitting a form, calling CLG, emailing CLG, or using a support link. A client relationship begins only when CLG accepts the engagement in writing and all required onboarding, scope, access, and payment terms are satisfied.
3. Services and Professional Limitations
CLG provides bookkeeping, financial reporting support, operational finance support, and business compliance support. CLG is not a CPA firm, law firm, investment adviser, payroll tax agency, or government agency.
Website content and CLG communications are not legal advice, tax advice, audit advice, investment advice, assurance services, or a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, attorney, tax preparer, financial adviser, or other professional. CLG may coordinate with your CPA or tax professional, but CLG does not prepare or file income tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise and such work is legally permitted.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, timely, and lawful information; maintaining appropriate business records; reviewing reports and filings; approving submissions; maintaining your own internal controls; protecting access credentials; and consulting with legal, tax, payroll, banking, insurance, or other professional advisers when needed.
CLG may rely on information, records, explanations, access, and approvals you or your authorized representatives provide. CLG is not responsible for errors, delays, penalties, losses, or missed deadlines caused by inaccurate information, missing records, late approvals, unavailable systems, third-party platform issues, or matters outside CLG’s reasonable control.
5. Pricing, Scope, and Engagement Terms
Website pricing and plan descriptions are general starting points and may change. Final pricing, cleanup work, catch-up work, filing support, support hours, service levels, commitments, exclusions, and deliverables are confirmed in writing during consultation, onboarding, or a signed service agreement.
Compliance pricing shown on the website reflects CLG service fees only. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, those prices do not include state, county, municipal, license, registration, filing, renewal, expedited processing, late, penalty, tax, or third-party fees charged by government agencies or outside vendors.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, CLG may decline, pause, or end services when requested work is outside scope, information is incomplete, payment is overdue, access is unavailable, a conflict exists, or continuing the service would create unreasonable legal, security, operational, or professional risk.
6. Remote Support, Portal Access, and Third-Party Tools
The website may link to client portals, remote support tools, accounting software, payment systems, scheduling tools, email systems, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.
If you request or permit remote support, you authorize CLG or its approved support provider to access only the systems, screens, files, or information reasonably needed for the support session. You are responsible for supervising access, closing confidential materials not needed for support, maintaining backups, and confirming that you are authorized to grant access.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape content, impersonate another person, submit spam, or use the website in a way that harms CLG, its clients, its vendors, or other users.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, text, design, graphics, logos, service names, pricing presentation, downloads, and other materials are owned by CLG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for your internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from website materials without written permission.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
CLG treats client information with care and uses information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable written agreements. You should not submit sensitive information through website forms unless requested or necessary. Secure portals or approved transfer methods should be used for sensitive client records whenever available.
10. Disclaimers
The website and online materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLG disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, reputational, or similar damages arising from website use, website unavailability, third-party tools, support links, online content, or reliance on general website information.
For website use not governed by a signed service agreement, CLG’s total liability will not exceed $100. For client services, any liability limit in the signed agreement controls. Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CLG, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, unlawful submissions, unauthorized access you grant, or information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not yours to provide.
13. Force Majeure
CLG is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, software outages, cyber incidents, vendor failures, banking interruptions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government action, legal changes, illness, or other events that prevent normal operations.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, disputes relating to the website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Changes to These Terms
CLG may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
