Chris brings over two decades of diverse experience in finance, having held key roles across various sectors, including expertise in foreign currency exchange. His career began as a bookkeeper in the shipping & logistics industry, where he developed a strong foundation in managing complex financial operations. Chris then moved into account management in the building & construction materials industry, honing his skills in overseeing financial strategies and client relationships. He later advanced to leadership roles, serving as COO and eventually CEO of a property management software company for more than 12 years, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Chris holds a degree from Seminole State College and has obtained Technical Certifications in Financial Operations Summa Cum Laude. His well-rounded expertise and hands-on approach have made him a trusted leader in the field, dedicated to helping businesses achieve their financial goals with precision and integrity.

Her career began in Accounts Receivable (A/R), where she quickly mastered the intricacies of managing financial transactions. Over the years, Susie steadily advanced to the position of full charge bookkeeper, taking on greater responsibilities and playing a key role in overseeing all aspects of financial management for the businesses she supported.

Her extensive background enables her to handle complex financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and preparing detailed financial reports. Throughout her career, Susie has built a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and dedication to helping businesses maintain financial stability. Dacia Granville brings more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 12 years in management, where she developed strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills.

In 2022, Dacia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Excelsior College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She then spent 4.5 years with Cushman & Wakefield, progressing from Bank Reconciliation Technician to Client Accountant and ultimately Senior Portfolio Accountant.

During her tenure, Dacia managed full-cycle accounting for multifamily property portfolios and oversaw a 28-property portfolio, coordinating the work of multiple accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. She also partnered with the training team to mentor new accountants, develop training materials, and support professional development initiatives.

Known for her collaborative approach, Dacia worked closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing both accuracy and operational efficiency across the department.
