Common questions
Know what happens before you commit.
How do you determine the right plan?
We review account volume, transaction complexity, reporting needs, payroll, entity structure, compliance deadlines, and support expectations during consultation.
Are prices final?
Pricing, features, and scope are confirmed during consultation. State fees, express delivery, amended filings, audits, and unusual entity types may require additional fees.
How long are bookkeeping agreements?
Recurring bookkeeping agreements are structured as 36-month commitments so we can establish a consistent close process, maintain continuity, and support cleaner reporting over time.
Will onboarding include setup or cleanup work?
Many new clients benefit from a one-time onboarding, catch-up, or cleanup engagement before recurring service begins. We identify that scope during consultation so the monthly plan starts from cleaner records.
Do you offer standalone cleanup-only projects?
CLG focuses on ongoing bookkeeping relationships. We clean up the books, establish a dependable monthly process, and keep the records current so owners have clearer numbers month after month.
How does CLG work with my CPA?
CLG is a bookkeeping and financial services company, not a CPA firm. We coordinate with your CPA during tax season and help organize the reporting they need, while tax return preparation and filing remain with your CPA or tax preparer.
